Stick food

Yesterday we were out with Natasha and her boyfriend Courtney. We were supposed to have Vietnamese food. I figured it would be along the line of Chinese, Japanese and Thai. It was. I was very intrigued to find that most of the courses that we could order was noodle soups. I love noodle soups. It is an ingenious way of eating food. Since I rarely cook Asian food and therefore don’t use the cutlery provided along with Asian food, I had some problems with the metallic sticks that were provided for the course. Combine 2 very slippery sticks with a noodle soup, which was very hot, and you got yourself some broth all over your face and clothes. I managed to get some in my eye, for testing purposes… Today, we’re going in to the city, briefly, to do some errands: I’m going to find an S-video cable and a VGA-to-S-video cable in order to connect my laptop to the house’s old TV. Maybe stop by the casino. In the evening it’s time for Hannah’s birthday dinner, when the Howson’s and ourselves gather at a Pizza restaurant in Yarraville. //The Joker
