Was out checking out the fuss about Footy, Australian rules football. The match was between Melbourne Demons, the team George and Marie root for, and Collingwood, currently the leaders in the AFL. I was really psyched to go the game considering I’ve only seen some of it on TV, because I hoped it would be a fast paced game and lots of good tackles. It was as expected. Unfortunately, the Demons did not get off to a good start and was behind 37 points when we arrived at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) and was struggling to keep possession of the ball with a few minutes to go in the first quarter. The result came up 87-129, the Demons being the home team. Not such a devastating loss as there has been earlier in the season. Considering the arenas that we have in Sweden, for example Gamla Ullevi, which has about 9000-14000 in attendance on good days, this arena had approx. 65000 people watching. You can’t see her very well but on the left hand side is Natasha, oldest daughter of Marie and George. Just to the left of her is George, whose eye and nose is barely visible. I will definitely go to another game! //The Joker
